Rider Program

A driving force behind Glacier Bikes from the beginning has been rider enjoyment and the goal of riding more often. We believe in delivering on this philosophy at every chance we get; through frame design, component selection, and by making it as easy as possible to get into a Glacier ride. Staying true to our promise, in 2010 we are introducing a new way to own your very own Glacier Bike through the preferred rider program. We are looking for people who are passionate about riding, are active within their riding community, and have a regular riding, training and racing plan for the season (although you do not need to be a racer to be involved in this program; just an avid cyclist). If that’s you then tell us more!

If you are selected for the Glacier Bikes preferred rider program, you will be able to get the Glacier Bike of your choice at dealer cost. You will receive a Glacier Bikes cycling jersey and your story will be profiled on our website. In addition, any Glacier Bike that is bought from us as a result of your representation of the brand will earn you a ten (10) percent commission on the sale. In bike terms, 10 bikes sold as a result of your representation, will earn you a new bike for the next riding season. Not bad, for doing something you love!

As a preferred rider, your commitment is simple: ride your Glacier bike in training and racing, blog and Tweet about your experience, and maybe come ride with us once in a while. To apply for the preferred rider program simply submit your riding/race resume, which should include your last three years of Road Cycling, Mountain Bike, or Triathlon results, your proposed upcoming year riding/race schedule and any other related clinics, press or services related to your sport. Ensure that your resume includes a bio of yourself. Feel free to send pictures and or video of you in training or racing. If you are sending a video please send it on CD/DVD.
